The NIF Integrated Video View is a virtual database currently containing NIH Videocasts, and the Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE)
To access NIF Integrated Video information through NIF, we can search for video and browse the results, or search for a specific video. For example, a simple search for video (shown below) will pull back the NIF Integrated Video View.
Results for NIF Integrated Video View can be found under;
Data Federation > Data Type > Multimedia
Within the Video results set, the following information can be found: Video Link (with thumbnail), Title, Description, Author, Category, Date published, and Runtime.
After finding a video of interest, based browsing through or a specific video search, users are able to click the video thumbnail, which will direct them to NIH Videocast or JoVE to access the complete video.
