NITRC collects and points to standardized information about tools, this site can help you find the right structural or functional neuroimaging tool or resource and help you decide whether it can help in your research.
There are product reviews (the now familiar 5 star system) as well as development status of software tools, environment and in most cases there is an easy link to download the software.
From NIF, we can search for techniques such as MRI and analysis.

This search produces many software programs available to download. The name of the tool is a link, which takes the user to the NITRC site. Also displayed is a short description of the tool. Clicking on the name link for fsl, leads to the following page in the NITRC database:
